Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data Your login (user ID), an optional display name, and a password. Passwords are stored in hashed form and are never readable by our staff.
• Technical data Standard server logs (IP address, request time, user agent) kept for security, anti-fraud, and troubleshooting.

What we don't do

• We do not sell or share your personal data with data brokers or advertisers.
• We do not use advertising SDKs, analytics trackers, or cross-app tracking of any kind.
• We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, or any device data beyond what is listed above.

How we use your data

Account data is used solely to provide the service: signing you in, verifying new accounts to prevent fraud and abuse, and connecting your account to the auction platforms available through the app. Technical logs are used to keep the service secure and reliable.

Sharing with regional partners

Purchase requests are handled by regional partners. Depending on the region you select when registering, the details you submit — name, phone number, email (if you provided one), region and your request description — are passed to the partner responsible for that region so they can contact you. Your password is never shared.

• Belarus, Poland, Ukraine, Czechia, Lithuania, Latvia Handled by LionTrans Group; your request is transferred to their customer-relationship system at the moment you register.
• Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan Handled by our own team. These requests stay with us and are not transferred to LionTrans Group.

Partners receive this information solely to respond to your request. They are not permitted to use it for advertising or to pass it on further. Once a request has been transferred, that partner also acts as a controller of the copy it holds; if you want it erased there, contact us and we will forward your request to them.

Staying signed in

If you sign in, your credentials are kept in your device’s secure storage (Keychain on iOS, Keystore on Android) so you do not have to type them each time. They leave your device only to authenticate you with our service, and they are erased when you log out or delete your account.

Third-party auction platforms

The app displays third-party auction platforms in a built-in browser. When you browse or bid there, those platforms process your activity under their own terms and privacy policies. Session tokens and cookies required for access are stored securely on your device and expire automatically.

Data retention and deletion

Account data is kept while your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time directly in the app (account menu → Delete account), or by emailing support@auctionbidder24.lol. Deletion is immediate: your account and its data are removed from our systems and from the connected auction platforms straight away. If an auction platform is temporarily unreachable, removal completes within 30 days. A request already transferred to a regional partner is held under that partner’s own retention rules — write to us and we will forward your erasure request to them. Server logs are rotated and deleted automatically.

Children

The service is not directed at children under 17. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date above. Material changes will be announced in the app.
